The staff immediately sprang into action, going above and beyond to help me locate them, which truly exceeded my high expectations of customer service. the ironing facilities in the room were a fantastic convenience, allowing me to quickly freshen up my wardrobe for a night out. the heating in the room was perfect, providing a cozy atmosphere after a long day of exploring outer Glasgow. the tea and coffee facilities were well-stocked and a lovely touch, especially when enjoying a cup on the terrace with the comfortable garden furniture provided. the complimentary toiletries were of high quality and greatly appreciated, as was the electric kettle for a late-night cup of tea while watching the flat-screen TV with its crystal-clear picture. the carpeted floor added to the overall comfort of the room, making it feel like a home away from home. the hotel's location near a variety of dining options such as Slicehouse Pizza, Burger7, and Porta Via made it easy to explore the local cuisine. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the hotel's attention to detail and exceptional customer service, making my stay truly unforgettable.
